  Mrs. Paulina Andruszkiewicz-Gliska, a GPTE graduate of UW and a great English language instructor, spoke at a webinar on Classroom Management two weeks ago on our students' Practice class. She gave us a discussion about how we should manage the classroom and provided us very significant ideas as well as sharing her experience with us. The webinar's topic was both interesting and useful. Firstly, she gave us the definition of classroom management and asked us to present several ideas about it. She presented many examples to make the presentation more understandable. Then, she presented some ideas about young learners and their characteristics, how to keep discipline in classroom. She discussed as much information as it suited to the time, it was noticeable that she was a little bit excited, she tried to speak faster to give us more information on the topic.
